- BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or other relevant field;
- Business English B2 or above;
- 2+ years as a solutions architect or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or software development;
- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project;
- Strong technical knowledge in software engineering, infrastructure, microservices, and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure);
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, SDLC and STLC;
- Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, facilitation, and servant-leadership, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Project management skills to ensure that solutions are aligned with available resources and within given timeframes, all while considering the solution's overall advantages;
- Experience across multiple critical IT areas: software architecture design, IT architecture and infrastructure, cloud computing and development, business analysis, DevOps, networking and IT security;
- Continuous learner, analytical, and problem-Solving Skills;
- Preferred to be certified on/as, but not mandatory: e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud, or Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) Certification.

As a Solutions Architect, you design and govern end-to-end architectures aligned with business goals, working closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability. The role supports a suite of low-code and full-code applications for field service engineers and delivers a multi-integration solution connecting ERPs, data lakes, SQL servers, and native platforms.

- Defining Technical Strategy: Translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions and architectures;
- Designing Systems: Creating detailed, scalable, and secure designs for software, infrastructure, and integrations. Create and manage detailed technical documentation;
- Technology Evaluation: Researching and choosing the right technology stack, vendor, or platform. Up to date with the latest trends and technologies;
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with business leaders, developers, and project managers to ensure the solution aligns with goals and strategy;
- Risk Management: Identifying and managing technical risks, ensuring compliance, and handling technical debt;
- Guidance & Oversight: Guiding development teams during the implementation phase to ensure the final product matches the design;
- Balance constraints: cost, resources, scope, time-to-market, compliance, quality, technologies;
- Manage the app integrations team. May or may not be direct reports.
