- Review requirements, specifications and technical documentation
- Create and maintain software modules mainly in Python/C/C++
- Carry out the Software development activities on the system integration platform until the system acceptance
- Create and perform research (Proof of Concepts) for various software technologies
- Participate to project’s ceremonies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, V-Model)
- Based on business needs, travel outside the country may be required
Requirements:
Knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or similar background
- 5 years working experience in software development ( systems programming is an advantage)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python/C/C++/Rust
- Experience with other OOP programming languages such as Java would be considered an advantage
- Experience with scripting programming languages: Bash, Perl, etc.
- Experience with testing and debugging in an embedded environment
- Good understanding of communication / networking interfaces and protocols (TCP/IP stack)
- Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows
- Knowledge of continuous integration, build and deployment tools
- Knowledge of JIRA ticketing system or similar systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- Police record clean
