- Experience in sales support, quoting, commercial admin, software renewals or deal coordination within IT and Software
- Confidence working with internal teams, customers, and vendors

- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organised, and takes ownership of their work
- Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP tools)

- Own the day-to-day management of software renewals, ensuring all opportunities are identified, progressed, and completed in line with renewal timelines
- Proactively track and manage the renewals pipeline, ensuring all renewals are picked up early and actioned through the correct process
- Coordinate the production of renewal quotations with TSR, vendors, and distributors, ensuring quotes are accurate, complete, and issued in a timely manner
- Engage directly with customers to support the renewals process, including sharing quotes, following up on approvals, and ensuring purchase orders are received
- Liaise with sales teams, TSR, and vendors to resolve queries, obtain pricing, and ensure smooth progression of renewal opportunities
- Act as a coordination point across Software BU and TSR, working in alignment with established processes to ensure renewals are managed consistently
- Ensure all required information, documentation, and system updates are completed to enable accurate order processing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and commercial details across systems to support visibility and control
