Software Architect

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages and frameworks such as PHP/Laravel, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript and others like GoLang and Python.
• Strong databases knowledge and skills
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA etc.
• Experience with software design patterns, coding standards, software architectures, security and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and communicate strategically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to connect business and technical needs
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure the software meets the company's requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with product management teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for engineering talent.
• Act as a technical liaison to the company's executive team and provide technical guidance and insights.
