We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Meron team.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes branding, content and great execution.

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll bring the brand to life across social media, website, events and physical locations. You'll create content, keep our digital channels fresh, coordinate campaigns, activations and collaborations, and make sure every touchpoint looks and feels on-brand.

You'll work closely with the marketing team, designers, partners and suppliers, travel to our locations and events, capture stories as they happen, and help shape everything from social content to merch and brand experiences.

Needed Skills:
- Excellent English copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media trends
- Content planning and social media management
- Basic photo, video and graphic editing skills (Canva / Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Good eye for branding, design and visual consistency
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel for events and brand activations
- Experience with CMS/website updates is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing, social media or brand communication.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Florești, Cluj County, Romania.
