🎞 Video Content Promotion and Management:
Manage and optimize video content across TikTok and YouTube — from publishing and monitoring performance to experimenting with new formats and proposing ideas to increase visibility and engagement.
🤝 Cross-Platform Support:
Provide occasional support for other social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) when needed, following internal procedures and ensuring consistent tone and style.
📰 Editorial Collaboration:
Work closely with editorial teams to ensure all social content respects Libertatea’s journalistic integrity, editorial policy, and professional standards.
🌐 Partnership Activation:
Support internal and external partners by promoting content on social media, verifying compliance, and managing “RSS Feed” widgets.
🎨 Photo & Video Editing:
Create and edit visual materials using company tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut, including producing organic and editorial content.
