• You have 2–4 years building or growing a TikTok presence (brand, personal, or agency) and can show us the handles and the numbers;
• You shoot on your phone and edit in CapCut or Premiere without needing help;
• You live inside Romanian internet culture - you know which trend is worth jumping on and which isn't;
• You respond to DMs and comments fast, in a brand voice you can keep consistent;
• You're comfortable with TikTok analytics, Meta Business Suite, and GA4 basics.

• Launch Leanpay Romania's TikTok channel from zero: define content pillars, posting cadence, tone, and 6-month growth targets;
• Produce native short-form video hands-on - shoot, edit, caption, and publish across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and where relevant YouTube Shorts;
• Own the monthly editorial calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligned with commercial campaigns, product launches, and the broader Leanpay RO marketing plan;
• Identify, negotiate, brief, and manage Romanian micro-influencers and content creators - from shortlist through contracting, delivery tracking, and post-campaign reporting;
• Monitor TikTok and social trends weekly and translate them into formats that fit a BNPL/fintech brand operating under financial-services constraints;
• Support planning and on-site execution of brand events and activations in Romania (merchant activations, partner events, conferences such as SSER Congress).
