As a part of global communication team you will have an exciting opportunity to restart our brand presence on social, refresh its visual style and TOV. You will oversee the social media accounts on the Romanian market with the goal to create a trustworthy brand image and attract leads.

Responsibilities:

Establish an active brand presence in Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Facebook.
Create and execute a social media plan for each platform.
Craft compelling and on-brand social media posts, captions, and messaging in Romanian language.
Monitor and deal with comments to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Collaborate with the design, paid acquisition, product and PR team to create engaging campaigns.

Expected Results:

Average score Google Maps, Trustpilot 4.5
Social media content is relevant to the audience and consistent across all social media channels.
The percentage of negative comments on social media is below 10%. Check comments every 3 hours (working hours).

Professional Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin, along with their best practices.
Strong copywriting skills.
Fluent in Romanian (for copy), Upper-intermediate in English (for communication with colleagues).
Ability to combine a creative mindset with analytical thinking. We always start with WHY.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, as well as great communication skills – your teammates are always happy to help if you ask.

Additional:

Experience in fintech is a strong advantage.
Huge plus if you can design in Canva/ VistaCreate, as well as shoot and edit videos by yourself.
