What are we looking for?
We’re searching for a Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of client or agency-side
experience. You should be someone who’s always in tune with pop culture and current trends, who speaks fluent meme and knows how to make scroll-stopping Reels, with the drive to bring our brands to life in the digital space.
What does the job involve?
Developing and enhancing social media strategies, focusing on creative, results-driven
approaches;
Crafting and executing innovative content plans for key platforms like Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok;
Create original, on-trend short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that’s native to each platform, from concept to shooting/editing/posting
Turn everyday moments, product shots or raw footage into viral content
Transform ideas into relevant, engaging videos
Leading proactive initiatives to shine a spotlight on our products and elevate brand
awareness;
Managing community engagement by building relationships with followers and
responding to feedback in an authentic way;
Manage influencer campaigns
Analyzing data and performance metrics to continuously optimize content and
campaigns for better results.
Descrierea jobului
You have 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands
(preferably in retail or related fields);
You’re a digital native, with a deep understanding of each platform’s nuances, and you
stay ahead of the curve when it comes to trends and pop culture;
You have experience in building and leading social media strategies, with a strong
focus on creativity, innovation, and audience engagement;
Know how to craft videos that engage from the first second and get people to watch till the end
Be hands-on with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or mobile apps)
You’re detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for aesthetics, and can confidently handle
multiple projects simultaneously;
Graphic design skills are a major plus! We’re looking for someone who can both
strategize and bring their ideas to life visually.
Show us Reels, TikToks or videos you’ve created. Having a portfolio is a strong plus

Astfel, am creat spatiul perfect pentru a prezenta produsele Simona's intr-o ambianta incantatoare: magazinele din Bucuresti, Calea Dorobantilor 155 si Baneasa Shopping City.
Succesul nostru in a crea gama de produse ce imbina perfect inovatia, traditia, cultura si arta intr-o prezentare unica, ne-a motivat sa deschidem cu succes magazinul Simona's din USA, Miami – in cea mai cunoscuta zona comerciala de lux, Miami Design District.
Dorim sa va putem provoca simtul estetic pe parcursul calatoriei prin universul Simona's! Asadar, dati frau liber imaginatiei si incepeti o experienta unica de shopping fie navigand pe site-ul nostru oficial, fie vizitand magazinele noastre. Astfel veti fi permanent la curent cu ultimele tendinte in materie de decoratiuni interioare. Va invitam sa urmatiti sfaturile si recomandarile specialistilor nostri prezentate pe paginile de social media, Facebook si Instagram.
