Then you are the right fit for the job if you have:
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role for at least two years (for companies providing online services would be considered an advantage)
- Great knowledge and proven experience working with Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent writing, content creation, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Very good understanding of social media KPIs; understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent use of both Romanian and English language and computer proficiency
- Very good ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media content
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What you will do:
- Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Permanently follow and answer reviews/ comments on all Social Media channels
- Develop the posting calendar with goals and targets included and closely monitor its implementation and results
- Create graphic visuals with the help of graphic editing platforms
- Create the texts for the posts on Social Media pages or work closely with a content writer for them
- Create newsletter content
- Stay up to date with the latest practices, trends and technologies in order to propose the most suitable tools for increasing the visibility and engagement of the pages you manage
- Recommend the right mix of channels to implement a campaign/strategy
- Develop monthly reports to track the real impact of the Social Media strategy and to identify new opportunities for growth
