The selected candidate will join the site team as a Site Timekeeper, with responsibility for supporting the collection, verification, and management of daily site activity reports (daily reports).
The role will collaborate with the various operational stakeholders on site (supervisors, foremen, subcontractors) to ensure the proper completion of activity reports, guaranteeing the quality and completeness of the collected information.
The position also includes managing the documentation flow toward the Cost Control and Contract Management teams, contributing to the centralization and traceability of operational site data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil ) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Previous experience, even limited, in construction sites, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Good understanding of construction site operations and construction activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data management.
- Good knowledge of standard IT tools (particularly Excel).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the project area.
- Availability to work according to the site operational schedule.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support discipline managers, supervisors, and foremen in the preparation and completion of site daily activity reports.
- Verify the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of the information reported in the daily reports.
- Collect and consolidate daily reports from the different operational areas of the construction site.
- Submit the collected documentation to the Cost Control and Contract Management departments for data centralization and analysis.
- Ensure proper filing and traceability of site reports and documentation.
- Support the project team in monitoring daily site activities through structured management of field data.
- Collaborate with the Cost Control teams to ensure the availability of reliable data related to project progress.
