Site engineer & Technical Office Engineer

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship in construction, commercial fitout, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of interpreting technical plans and construction specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to learn and develop in the field of commercial construction.
• Fluent English speaker
• Autocad, Office

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Understanding of construction documentation and project management.
• Organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office and AutoCAD

• Collaborate closely with the design and management team to ensure project delivery in accordance with client requirements and established deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and construction regulations.
• Participate in the evaluation and interpretation of technical plans.
• Monitor and report project progress to the management team.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and services

• Oversee and manage the technical office operations for commercial fitout projects.
• Coordinate closely with the design, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Review and analyse technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and regulations.
• Supervise a team of technical professionals and provide leadership and guidance.
