• Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), backed by at least 3 years of hands-on experience creating fast-paced social media content;
• Ability to translate and adapt content to Romanian (fast and accurately);
• Comfortable handling basic video recording and directing people on camera;
• Good sense of pacing, hooks, and attention retention;
• Fast execution and strong attention to detail;
• Reliable and structured – able to deliver consistently without supervision;
• Native Romanian speaker with excellent written and spoken English.

• You need step-by-step instructions for everything;
• You overcomplicate edits or inconsistent with deadlines.

• Receive scripts in English;
• Quickly translate (AI) and verify/adapt them to Romanian;
• Ensure scripts sound natural, clear, and ready for recording.

• Organize and execute recording day/s – batch recording in 1-2 days per month;
• Work with internal team members (as people on camera);
• Direct and support them during filming;
• Ensure recordings are clean, structured, and usable.

• Edit and finalize short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok);
• Add captions, pacing, and basic structure;
• Maintain consistent style and quality across all videos;

• Extract and edit clips from media appearances, YouTube videos and speaking events;
