Paralos Energy, a well-established energy projects construction and services company is seeking to recruit a Service Warehouse Controller for all activities within the service wind department based In Tulcea office.The ideal candidate is a highly organized logistics and warehouse professional with strong administrative and coordination skills, ideally from a business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related background. They should be able to manage spare parts flow, purchase orders, inventories, and warehouse status while communicating clearly with technicians, supervisors, suppliers, and the accounting team.

Role description:

• Manage supply and consumption of spare parts, tools and equipment necessary for activity.
• Coordinate supply chain logistics and issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers.
• Perform regular warehouse inventories and control flow of equipment in charge.
• Client focal person for planning and logistics.
• Communicate with several functions within team to ensure proper follow up and reporting of status of spare parts and equipment. (Prepare materials for each preventive maintenance team etc)
• Collaborate with accounting dpt on a frequent basis with use of relevant accounting systems for proper data management and controlling.
• Responsible for the status of the warehouse management.
• Report directly to local area supervisor and indirect to head office in Greece.

Skills and Competences:

• Hold a business administration, logistics or related degree.
• Experience in similar would be an asset, especially within technical/industrial sector.
• Excellent computer skills and use of English language.
• Advanced communication skills and ability to interact and coordinate with a large team of technicians, team leaders and managers.
