Service Technician / Tehnician Service

Requirements in regard to soft skills, hard skills and educational background:

• 3+ years of experience in direct technical support
• Technical and client oriented
• Flexible, persuasive, competitive
• Team player
• Knowledge in networking, electronics, mechanics• Very good communication skills
• Fluency in English communication
• Driving license, ability to travel for many days trips

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance for all Essilor equipment (lens finishing, optometry, optical measurements devices, industry specific small devices)
• Install the equipment at the customer designated location, planning and implementing the usage training
• Develops and implements the service strategy within a given geographical area in accordance with the company principles and policies
• Reach goals and specific target
• Develop and maintain the relationship with clients
• Be able to identify the problem very fast and react efficiently
• Maintains high-level contacts with key accounts
• Responsible for knowing the market within the given territory and industrial sectors. Monitors all the customers, development and service opportunities/contracts
• Either daily, weekly and /or monthly submits activity reports and report on achieved results Analyses the results
• and market recommendations.
