- Manage contract communications internally and externally.
- Resolve problems efficiently, coordinating with internal resources.
- Support sales and delivery partners in reporting requirements.
- Understand and support service offerings for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with service partners to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Assist with contract change management and shared mailbox management.
- Contribute to team efforts to ensure smooth business processes.
- Drive standardization and process improvement across accounts.
- Prepare for client meetings and provide custom reporting if necessary.
- Liaise between customer and supply chain/logistics teams.
- Maintain positive work atmosphere and adhere to delivery SOPs.
- Support revenue and margin performance of assigned accounts.
- Develop custom client reporting and foster continuous improvement mindset.
- Analyze processes and tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of implementation-related documentation.
- Provide asset management support and ensure integrity of asset databases.
- Support technical deliverables and SLA achievement.
- Analyze fleet data and provide timely reporting.
- Be a subject matter expert on reporting, process, and technology capabilities.
- Provide SLA reporting and device performance metrics to account teams.
Role, Purpose, and Scope:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to complex tier accounts.
- Anticipate and tend to customer fleet needs, increase SLA productivity, and drive cost savings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Xerox device performance and technology capabilities.
- Support business objectives and change initiatives while adhering to firm policies and procedures.
