Candidatul Ideal
- Very Good communication skills.
- Very Good time management.
- Languages: English (German will be a plus).
- Excel knowledge.
- Procurement knowledge will be a plus.
Team is working covering 2 shifts by rotation:
- Shift 1: 6:00-15:00 (local time) / 7:00-16:00 (local time) as per daylight saving
- Shift 2: 9:00- 18:00 (local time)
Descrierea jobului
- Understand purchase order, requirements & SLAs and communicate it to field team.
- To act as a service coordinator who will provide visibility and coordination to the marketing team. It’s a highly important role and we need to ensure Purchase orders and invoicing are on track, get planned and executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with internal governance team to prepare and maintain standard operating procedures for activities carried out, support team by analysing information and identify areas of improvement in the process.
- Support and handle finance/purchase order tasks.
- Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions, and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution.
- Maintain client SLA/KPI and Quality Score.
- Effective daily communication with other teams and prompt response.
- Adhere to the guidance we have in place.
- Pick up any extra activities as per project requirement.
- Handle daily volume as per customer needs.
