•Support the rollout and management of international benefits, wellness, and recognition programs.
•Conduct global market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance in each region.
•Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on total rewards trends and recommendations
•Partner with HRBPs to advise on offers, promotions, and retention packages
•Partner with HRIS, payroll, and local HR teams to ensure accurate data management and processing.
•Monitor and interpret international compensation and benefits regulations, ensuring compliance.
•Assist with communications and training for new or updated global rewards programs.
•Lead or participate in special projects, such as M&A integration or new program rollouts
•Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
