Job Scope
The Senior Specialist - Retail Field Marketing is responsible to implement field marketing initiatives to enhance store visibility, support new openings, and engage local markets. The role focuses on activating brand presence, building local partnerships, supporting consumer and SMB initiatives, and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned execution across assigned regions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities for new store openings, including signage, graphics, branded touchpoints, and launch events for client and SMB audiences;
- Ensure all store and launch activations are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing plans defined by the Marketing team;
- Handle and maintain store-level visibility, including POS materials, in-mall communications, digital screens, and in-store branding;
- Implement local marketing initiatives to support market expansion and entry into new cities, including partnerships and communication activities;
- Conduct quarterly store visits to audit execution quality, coordinate with mall management, and identify local activation opportunities;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of local and co-branded partnerships;
- Develop collaborations with local businesses, universities, and educational institutions to drive footfall and community engagement;
- Oversee in-store radio and audio messaging to ensure consistency with ongoing campaigns and brand tone;
- Support HR recruitment visibility through local events, job fairs, and store-level storytelling;
- Handle staff visibility kits and support promoter programs as needed;
- Monitor and improve Google Reviews through response guidelines, review-collection initiatives, and monthly reporting;
- Prepare reports on store visibility, local activations, partnerships, and performance, and recommend improvement actions.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
