The analyst will be working closely with the Head of CaPS Sales and his team to offer Business Development and operational support throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities include:

  • Helping coordinate global sales and marketing campaigns: identifying the right targets, working on the sales message, initiating contact through email, phone, Linkedin, delivering the message and securing meetings/introductory calls for Evalueserve’s sales force
  • Helping coordinate the global ON campaign for Europe: contact verifications and split, reach out, messaging, campaign management and reporting;
  • CRM/Hubspot management and mining: maintaining CRM/Hubspot system up to date; reporting on leads, contacts and deals
  • Coordinating with external partners around sales efforts and preparations of materials
  • Segment and analyze prospect database to target campaigns
  • Supporting marketing activities such as video creation, blogs/articles and ads
  • Prospect sourcing and profiling by using a series of internet sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Google search)
  • Monitoring press releases and creating newsletters regarding industry trends and movements, client strategies and news, to be continuously informed about growth opportunities
  • Lead generation and client relationship initiation through cold-calling, emailing campaigns, LinkedIn reach out
  • Support the Head of CaPS Sales Europe in account management of the most important clients
  • Preparing follow-up material (collateral generation) such as presentations, thought starters, POC’s, in close collaboration with the operation teams
  • Handle internal communication to free up time for the Head of CaPS Sales Europe
