Candidatul Ideal
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the selection process and collaborating with the local hiring managers.
Skills and Abilities Required:
4+ year of experience in a Recruitment role;
Microsoft Office Suite proficient;
Advanced level of English (B2-C1), French being a nice to have;
Drive, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Qualities We Look For:
Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter;
Experience recruiting for various positions(HR, Payroll, Quality, IT, Reporting, Commercial) is a big plus.

Manage and drive a structured interview process.
Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates, and conduct initial interviews as needed;
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop announcements;
Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;
Consult with hiring managers on recruitment processes, and the development of recruitment strategies to decrease the time to hire;
Work on initiatives to attract strong candidates;
Attend career fairs and conferences to promote the company and diversify the pool of potential candidates for future positions;
Build and maintain a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
