• Has a strong understanding of the processes and requirements specific to the aviation industry;
• Holds an AS9100 certification or has proven experience in implementing and maintaining this standard in previous organizations;
• Possesses excellent communication skills, essential for effective collaboration across departments and for clearly conveying quality requirements and goals within the organization;
• Has solid technical knowledge in areas such as aerospace engineering, manufacturing and testing processes, and specialized materials and technologies;
• Has advanced English or German language skills.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures;
• Monitor production processes to ensure product compliance with specifications and quality standards;
• Identify and manage quality and compliance risks throughout all stages of the production process;
• Handle quality complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions;
• Design and implement strategies for continuous improvement of quality performance within the organization;
• Coordinate and motivate teams to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards.
