What qualifications will make you successful?
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
  • Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g SAP module,).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate. Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
  • Good communication skills in English & Romanian
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage

What will you do?
  • Guarantee weekly monitoring of the level of the queue in EMS, at the global/family level, and escalate major issues in advance ​
  • Participate in electronic component shortage weekly reviews to avoid shortage of components in EMS, act as the owner of the production plan between EMS and =S= plants​
  • Lead the priority management process: CTB review, when material risks are identified, to apply the material shortage escalate process for support (pull-in, expedite)​
  • Accountable to control EMS production execution versus planned production output​
  • Guarantee monthly performance monitoring (OTD, BOL) in EMS, at the global/family level, escalate major issues in advance, and drive continuous improvement by using RCA, Pareto, 8D, 5Why​
  • Define proper PO coverage guidelines along with LoB & Procurement and Planning functions, monitor safety stock level and MPP loading transparently with EMS, give visibility to EMS about =S= plants inventory levels​
  • Accountable to ensure that aggregated Forecasts released by Schneider plants are reflected in EMS planning.​
  • Timely execution at EMS of strategic business decisions (Strategic Stock, Long-term Purchase orders) and proceed with an escalation in case of constraints to internal stakeholders​
  • Owner of inventory review at EMS, ensuring that defined parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down are implemented to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock​
  • Support successful execution of product life cycle projects, industrial transfers
