insurance industry in Romania. You will work in a small, agile team where decisions are made
quickly, and every member has a real impact on the product and the user experience.

● 4+ years in product management on a digital product with 100k+ active users
● At least one concrete case where you moved a business metric — and can
explain how
● Basic technical knowledge of software development and web applications (you
don't need to code but should understand development processes)
● Knowledge of Agile process and principles
● Effective project planning, time management and organizational skills
● Ability to use data and analytics to track product performance and identify areas
for improvement
● Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Attention to details
● Experience with rapid prototyping or experimentation, including AI tools

Descrierea jobului
Ce vei face:
● Own the mobile app roadmap and have the final call on prioritization
● Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to define product scope
and priorities
● Lift conversion across the RCA funnel and the cross-sell rate into CASCO, home,
travel and other insurance products.
● Ship at least 2 new products in your first 12 months — with validated PMF, not
just launches
● Work directly with the CEO and dev team. No layers in between.
● Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to define product scope
and priorities
