- At least 4 years of proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role with some focus on developing services and or tooling for internal teams.
- A go-getter who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dives into a project to achieve success by problem solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Strong affinity with technology; previous hands-on experience as an engineer, or equivalent technical role, is nice to have.
- An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills proven by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions.
- Able to understand and formulate meaningful business metrics.
- Able to understand complex technical problems and translate these into easy to understand language for non-tech stakeholders.
- Fluent in the English language both spoken and written.

This role provides a hybrid way of working with an on-site presence of 2 days/week.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for self-service tools, leading ideation, prioritization, comprehensive backlog management, and actively incorporating customer feedback to evolve the product vision.
- Proactively identify and lead initiatives for automation and scalability, developing and implementing long-term strategies to significantly enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of self-service tools across a newly segmented partner base.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex qualitative and quantitative data, defining advanced business and product success metrics, developing sophisticated tracking and reporting mechanisms, and leading continuous improvement efforts based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
- Strategically collaborate with design, tech, and diverse cross-functional teams, providing thought leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality product outcomes that align with strategic business objectives and deliver exceptional partner value.
- Exercise advanced stakeholder management, proactively navigating ambiguity, building strong relationships with executive stakeholders, and defining strategic alignment with Operations teams and other critical departments to ensure flawless execution and buy-in.
- Cultivate strategic relationships among teams, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and shared accountability across product teams within Platform products, and influencing decision-making at a senior level.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of complex features, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-impact releases that significantly improve partner onboarding, management, and payment/reporting visibility, and contribute to long-term business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication and rollout strategies, including detailed change management plans for internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful adoption of new features and improving partner satisfaction.
- Act as a senior-level advocate for the team's customers and stakeholders, providing strategic insights, representing the team in executive-level discussions, and keeping key stakeholders and the wider business informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities..
- Thought Leadership and Evangelism: Senior PMs may represent the product or company at industry events, conferences, or with key partners, acting as an inspiring leader and evangelist for their product area.
