WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completed commercial education with a focus on property management or spatial planning
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in real estate management
• High degree of independence, self-reliant and solution-oriented working method
• Exact and reliable working style
• Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge desirable
• Very good German and English skills in speaking & writing, additional languages are an advantage

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Conducting market research for potential locations in CEE
• Performing site analyses, site selection, and negotiation
• Analysis of international real estate markets
• Preparation of economic feasibility studies and investment calculations
• Due diligence reviews
• Preparation of decision-making bases
