Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years (Consultant) or 3–4 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in management/business consulting.
Language Skills: Excellent English skills (at least C1 level); German will be considered a plus.*
Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel within the DACH region, depending on project needs.

Your responsibilities as a (Senior) Management/Business Consultant
Business & Industry Research:
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies.
- Break down complex client challenges into manageable components.
- Develop and test hypotheses to address clients’ most pressing business problems.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and consulting frameworks to bring clarity and actionable insights to engagements.
- Translate abstract concepts into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.
- Synthesize findings into clear, compelling narratives for client presentations.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership initiatives.
