Senior Insurance Specialist

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations in the insurance field (e.g., ASF norms)
• Fluent in spoken and written English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Charisma and web-service applications
• Minimum 2 years in the field of insurance
• University Degree
• Certificate of professional qualification for insurance brokers

• Negotiates the terms and conditions of insurance offers with clients and partners, aiming to secure the most advantageous solutions.
• Providing Customer Support for claims files
• Providing support for the Sales Team and colleagues in the Operations Department:
• Commission Verification: Verifies and validates the accuracy of commission calculation and collection, in accordance with internal policies and current regulations, Identifies and reports any discrepancies or errors in the commissioning process.
• Level 1 Process Control, including verification of the application of the International Sanctions procedure in accordance with the law and the customer complaints procedure: Conducts Level 1 controls on operational processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations; Verifies the correct application of the international sanctions procedure, including the identification of designated persons/entities and reporting to competent authorities (e.g., ASF, ANAF). Monitors adherence to the customer complaints management procedure, ensuring their registration, analysis, and resolution within legal deadlines. Contributes to the continuous updating and improvement of internal procedures.
• Reporting Operational Activity to ASF: Prepares and submits periodic and ad-hoc reports to the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), in accordance with legal requirements and current regulations. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of reported data.
• Maintaining Relationships with Auditors: Collaborates with internal and external auditors, providing requested documents and information for audit execution.Implements recommendations resulting from audits to improve processes.
