Candidatul Ideal

HR Inspector Certificate or certificate in HR Management.
3–5 years in a similar HR role, preferably in manufacturing or international environments.
Understanding of all relevant HR processes (recruitment, admin and payroll, performance management, employee relations).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on, approachable, and comfortable working closely with employees on the shop floor.
Solid understanding of Romanian labor law and payroll processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with employees, understands labor law, and is confident managing HR processes and projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities
Organizes and leads recruitment and selection processes (including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews,updating candidate database and preparing job offers)
Responsible for HR administration and payroll in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepares monthly or ad-hoc HR reports.
Maintains and updates employee's database; administers personnel changes (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers) and related paperwork (contracts, agreements).
Coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities
Works with managers across the business on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, but also workforce planning
Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
Responsible with organizing internal events and engagement initiatives
Identifies training needs and implements learning and development programs to enhance employee competences and career growth
Enhance employer branding through community and engagement activities, company profiles, job fairs, universities events, and participation in industry events
Develops and updates HR procedures, forms and job descriptions according to internal changes or legal requirements.
Supports HR Manager in updating and implementing the company’s organizational structure
