About The Role
We’re looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to take a 0→1 MVP from concept to first users. You’ll work across a React + TypeScript frontend and TypeScript APIs on AWS, shaping scope, making pragmatic technical choices, and shipping in fast iterations with a small team.
What You’ll Do
Build a modern React + TypeScript UI (components, data fetching, accessibility, performance).
Design and implement TypeScript APIs on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway; data in PostgresSQL/Redis).
Instrument telemetry and error monitoring to learn from real usage quickly.
Establish lean CI/CD, testing, and coding standards suitable for an MVP.
Partner with product/design to refine scope, sequence milestones, and de‑risk unknowns.
Own features end‑to‑end: spike → implement → test → ship → observe.
Nice To Have
Prior startup experience shipping an MVP or v1 product (comfortable with ambiguity, trade‑offs, and speed).
Infra as Code (AWS CDK/Serverless/Terraform) and basic cost/perf tuning.
Auth (OIDC/JWT), secure API practices, rate limiting, and caching (Redis/CloudFront).
