We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our core architecture team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant backend services using Erlang/OTP and Elixir.

• Optimize distributed systems performance, focusing on low latency, concurrency management, and memory efficiency under high load.

• Develop robust API endpoints and integrate complex third-party telemetry, financial data streaming, and messaging protocols.

• Mentor junior team members and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure compliance with OTP design principles.

• Debug production issues in real-time within live BEAM virtual machine environments.

Requirements & Technical Stack:

• Minimum 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4+ years of production experience strictly using Erlang/OTP or Elixir.

• Deep understanding of the BEAM virtual machine, supervision trees, GenServer patterns, and ETS/Mnesia databases.

• Proven experience in designing event-driven architectures, utilizing RabbitMQ, Kafka, or custom built-in Erlang distribution channels.

• Strong background in writing automated test suites (ExUnit / Common Test) and profiling BEAM applications using tools like fprof, eprof, or Recon.

• Exceptional knowledge of network protocols (WebSockets, gRPC, TCP/IP) and secure API architecture.

• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
