Senior CRM & Automation Team Lead

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, and customer engagement strategies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in CRM and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign or other CRM platforms.
Demonstrated experience in the e-commerce and lead generation industries.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.

Role Overview

As the Team Lead, you will be at the helm of our CRM team, driving strategy, implementation, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀and optimization of our customer relationship management efforts. Your role will focus on automation, email marketing, web push notifications, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple platforms. We are seeking a visionary leader with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in the CRM and email marketing domain, particularly within the e-commerce and lead generation industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across various platforms HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign or others.
Lead the CRM team in designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns, sms campaigns and web push notifications that align with our business goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in strategy and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, applying best practices to keep our strategies at the forefront of the e-commerce space.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring tools and services are effectively leveraged to meet our CRM objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.
