Key qualities and experience
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.).
- Advanced Blender skills, particularly in Key Lit 3D rendering, lighting setups, and material workflows.
- Strong ability in visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to co-lead projects and mentor others.
- Experience with real-time engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, JavaScript) for automation or interactivity is a bonus.
- A mindset that embraces innovation, experimentation, and keeping ahead of emerging technologies.

As a Senior Creative Developer, you will blend high-end visual design with precise technical execution. You will co-lead the development of interactive experiences and deliver packaging, key-lit and cinematic 3D renderings, animation, and other dynamic visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and other cutting-edge platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and development of visually stunning print and digital content across web, mobile, and immersive platforms.
- Create high-fidelity, cinematic 3D assets and environments in Blender with a focus on Key Lit rendering for absolute realism.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to integrate creative assets into interactive applications.
- Develop motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Produce dynamic visual assets, including packaging design and content for immersive experiences.
- Optimise assets for performance across platforms while maintaining visual and brand integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in creative development.
Role details
- Job type: Full time.
- Location: Hybrid (Bucharest / Remote). While this is a true remote position, we prefer candidates based in or near Bucharest to enable occasional in-person meetings (for example, quarterly). We will also consider qualified applicants from other parts of Romania and from Eastern European countries.

Successful applicants will be contracted by HancoCyber and will provide their services on assignment to the client.
The process
Candidates will first be interviewed by the HancoCyber Careers Team. Those meeting the required standard will then be introduced to the client for a second-stage interview. All appointments are offered on a contract basis of at least one year, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and client needs.
