(Senior) Consultant SAP SD for Application Management Support

Qualifications and Skills:

•Profound knowledge of end-to-end sales and logistics processes
•Several years of consulting experience in SAP SD, including S/4HANA know-how
•Integration knowledge of adjacent modules (e.g. MM, FI, LE)
•Experience with SAP interfaces, EDI/IDoc, and troubleshooting/debugging tools
•Strong problem-solving mindset and customer orientation
•Structured, team-oriented working style with proactive communication
•German and English language skills
•Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. for client workshops)
•Flexible working model (remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on preference

Expectations and Tasks:

•Implementation of complex requirements through customizing in SAP Sales & Distribution
•Customer-specific enhancement of order-to-cash processes in SAP SD
•Support for pricing, delivery, billing, and output determination processes
•Analysis and resolution of functional and technical issues in SAP SD
•Handling 3rd-level support tickets, including process tracking and follow-up
•Creation of functional specifications in collaboration with client key users
•Further development of SAP SD processes (e.g. e-invoicing, IDoc processing, credit management
