Key requirements:
Completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, within large organizations or complex structures.
Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits and reward systems.
Experience in managing complex Compensation & Benefits projects.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Advanced project management skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with analysis and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Contribute to defining, implementing, and optimizing the company’s compensation and benefits strategies.
Interpret salary surveys, benchmark analyses, and market data to provide actionable insights.
Conduct job evaluations and manage annual remuneration processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other reward programs.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor compensation and benefits budgets, financial analyses, simulations, and scenario planning.
Optimize international mobility programs and related policies.
Design, implement, and monitor employee well-being initiatives.
Analyze employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support retention and engagement.
Ensure compliance with local and international compensation policies and legislation.
Continuously review and improve compensation and benefits processes to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business impact.
