🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling content for both internal and external communication channels.
Ensure seamless and consistent communication of key company updates and announcements across departments.
Play an active role in organizing both internal and external company events, while contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate on the development and execution of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent in alignment with our HR goals.
Drive continuous initiatives that reinforce our company values and foster team cohesion.
Mentor and support the communication team, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategy and objectives.
Implementing changes on the company’s website in accordance with the promotion strategy.
Monitoring websites and providing regular updates to top management.
Management of crisis communication and situations.
🧩 Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Marketing, Literature, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in both internal and external communication.
Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft SharePoint.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyse and synthesize information effectively.
Previous team management experience is a plus!
