Senior Commodity Buyer/Manager – Trade Parts

- Master's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with focus on metals - preferable within the steel market.
- Self-driven, with an analytic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while being integrated within cross-functional international teams.
- Fluency in Enghlis; German language skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel globally as required for supplier visits and industry events.

- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to achieve cost effciency, quality improvements, supply security and sustainability standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standars.
- Monitoring global market trands, raw material prices, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeolders, including sales, product management, engineering, and project teams.
- Conducting reporting of results and performance.
