(Senior) BI Project Manager with French, Bucuresti

We are looking to add a Business Intelligence Project Manager to our growing team based in Bucharest, Romania.

As a BI Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our ongoing projects from initiation to completion.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor project timelines, and maintain clear communication to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in French and English.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and changes effectively.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Previous experience in coordinating multiple projects is highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating project resources.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project delivery process, relying on advanced technical skills contextualized by essential business knowledge to valorize data deposits.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while working on targeted business scopes to explore and exploit data flows from the data lake or other sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts, intervening in a more integrated manner by industrializing achievements in the data lake technological chain and/or integrating them into the business information system.
Identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles related to data, making recommendations on data to consolidate, modify, repatriate, outsource, or internalize.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure that statistical and/or automated learning models are designed and integrated effectively.
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellence in project delivery, comparing and evaluating different models or calculation methods and anticipating their advantages and disadvantages in a business environment.
Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, ensure research & innovation monitoring to introduce new approaches to data analysis and modeling.
