Candidatul Ideal
Previous experience in benefits strategy development and execution is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills coupled with vendor management expertise and project management experience.
Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes and their implications for employee benefits.
Experience with Flex platform setup or administration is advantageous, particularly regarding flexible benefit offerings.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology for effective communication and process automation in benefits administration.
Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.
Preferred qualifications in Professional HR Benefits or Administration, with expertise in pensions and benefits considered an added advantage.
Project management certification is a plus, demonstrating formal training in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required.
Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
Advanced skills in business applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial for generating insights and reports.
In-depth knowledge of HR Systems and Case Management Systems related to benefits administration.
