About the role
We are looking for a senior engineer to manage and secure enterprise-grade Azure platforms while using AI to automate and accelerate operations. You will work in a small team with high autonomy and direct impact on production projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure (landing zones, networking, identity, Key Vault, storage, databases).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep) and automate operational workflows.
Security & Compliance
Operate Azure security services (Sentinel, Defender).
Enforce least-privilege IAM, secret management, and certificate hygiene.
Implement security controls aligned with ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, HIPAA, and similar frameworks.
SRE & Observability
Define SLO/SLI, monitoring and alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights).
Improve performance, reliability, and lead incident response
Implement and enhance auto-remediation.
AI & Automation
Use LLMs to generate policies, pipelines, and runbooks.
Support secure production deployment of AI workloads.
Client Interaction
Collaborate directly with enterprise clients, design solutions, provide guidance, and ensure secure implementation.
Must-Have
Strong experience operating and securing Azure at enterprise scale.
Advanced skills in Terraform/Bicep, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, containers, and artifact workflows.
Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability scanning, and policy-as-code.
Solid observability knowledge and an SRE mindset.
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
Nice to Have
Multi-cloud exposure (AWS/GCP), ExpressRoute, or hybrid integrations.
Experience with audits, compliance, and evidence automation.
