Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:
- University graduate in Economics (preferably in Finance, Investment, or similar);
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in an international company;
- Strong accounting knowledge and good understanding and working experience for Tax and Reporting;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Accuracy, timeliness, and diligence ;
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
- Very good writing and speaking English.
Descrierea jobului
- Investment reports: pool information and organize it in Next format; identify trends and variances, find reasons for variances, and discuss them with Sr Management
- Review annual financial statements for each Investment entity and identify significant information to be discussed; observe that all financial statements have a clean audit report.
- Aggregate, on a yearly basis, the K1 reports for all investments and liase with US tax consultant for the annual tax return.
- Relationship with lawyers and tax consultants for accounting and tax and other matters
- Draft (or work closely with Sr Accountant to draft) the m-ly financial statements for foreign branch
- Propose and take part to the set-up of the quarterly monitoring reports and deliver them together with management summary on a quarterly basis
- Review and/or (initially) participate in the review of investment model (P/L, business cases) and identify if the models are reasonable built (assumptions, formulas, links), pool relevant information and support the Director, Investments in the preparation of Investment memo
- Support the build-up of knowledge repository (studies, etc) and participate in meetings with partners.

IFN Next Capital Finance SA a fost infiintat cu scopul de a actiona ca sursa de servicii de finantare nebancare (in special factoring) destinate IMM-urilor din Romania. Prin serviciul nostru de factoring, ajutam companiile romanesti sa creasca si sa se dezvolte, fara garantii materiale si fara sa isi creasca gradul de indatorare. Daca accesul la sursele de finantare clasice este dificil sau daca acestea au fost epuizate, serviciul de factoring (finantarea pe baza cesiunii de creante) este solutia pentru obtinerea rapida a capitalului de care acestea au nevoie, dar si pentru gestionarea corecta a portofoliului de clienti. Next Capital este primul IFN specializat in factoring, inscris in Registrul General pentru Institutiilor Financiare Nebancare al BNR sub nr. RG-PJR-41-110025 la data de 6 Nov 2006.
