Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Program Management:

Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
Manage a team of affiliate managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize conversions and maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

2. Partnership Development and Negotiation:

Identify, evaluate, and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop customized affiliate campaigns and promotional materials.
Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, answering queries, resolving issues, and sharing performance reports and insights.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including affiliate conversions, player value, and revenue.
Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

4. Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards for affiliate marketing activities.
Monitor affiliates' compliance with program guidelines and policies, taking appropriate action when necessary.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry practices, adapting the affiliate program accordingly.
