What defines you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in consulting;
- Solid accounting and fiscal knowledge;
- CECCAR accreditation is desirable;
- Proficient in using English and Excel, with a willingness to learn new digital tools;
- Strong self-management and organizational skills;
- Adaptable to different business contexts and client needs.

As a Senior Accounting Consultant at BDO you will be engaged in the following key activities:
- Analyze client organization dynamics to identify specific accounting needs and provide strategic insights;
- Perform accounting operations, including statutory bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and monthly statutory and management reporting in compliance with local regulations;
- Support clients during audits and regulatory inspections, preparing documentation and liaising with authorities as needed;
- Mentor and review junior and experienced colleagues, promoting accountability, trust, and proactive problem-solving;
- Enhance client services and internal workflows through process optimization and digital transformation projects, collaborating closely with the team.
