Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and cross-functional departments.

- University degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Completed Finance-Accounting training courses with certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international accounting.
- Solid understanding of applicable financial legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus.
- Experience with systems: MS Office, ERP, Microsoft D365 is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting for invoices issued to both internal and external customers, as well as service suppliers.
• Record and process receipts and payments based on bank statements, expense reports, and cash register transactions.
• Compile and deliver financial reports in accordance with the requirements of the parent company.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and assisting external auditors.
• Generate client invoices in alignment with ongoing project activities and contractual terms.
• Execute monthly financial reconciliations, period-end closings, and inventory control procedures in compliance with internal standards.
• Develop and organize the required documentation to support the annual inventory procedures in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor project status and progress on an hourly basis.
• Maintain communication with the external financial consultant.
