Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:
- Accounting background of at least 5 years (experience in an accounting company or in a company operating in the real estate sector would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of Navision or SAP accounting software is a plus;
- University degree in Finance & Accounting or related field;
- The qualification of Certified Public Accountant, member of CECCAR is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian Tax Code and general accounting standards;
- Good knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel);
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Motivated and organized person;
- Team player;
- Good organizing skills, accurate and detail-oriented;
- Analytical mindset;
- Ability to meet the deadlines.

Descrierea jobului

Responsibilities:
- Organizes and coordinates the development of all the accounting activities of the subordinated team: carrying out the activities of statutory accounting, preparing and submitting tax statements, reports, as well as the situations required by the Romanian legislation in force;
- Ensures the timely fulfillment of the company's obligations to the state budget in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
- Prepares the monthly and quarterly financial Group reports in compliance with the IFRS reporting rules and, respectively, according to the internal reporting procedures of the Group;
- Ensures the implementation of the financial and accounting policies of the Group;
- Prepares the statutory financial statements and the tax statements, which must be submitted to the Tax Authorities, respectively to Local Tax Authorities;
- Checks and approves the payments to suppliers and respectively the taxes owed to the state budget;
- Provides assistance and prepares the accounting reports required within the tax audits in collaboration with the company's internal tax department;
- Collaborates with the external financial auditor to carry out the annual audit of the financial statements and other related missions;
- Participates in the implementation of accounting software according to the decision of the employer’s management
- Provides support for the preparation of the annual inventory documentation (inventory lists, balance confirmation letters, scrapping protocols for assets, etc.)
- Prepares various accounting and financial reports required by direct manager or by the colleagues from the other departments of the company;
- Provides accounting support during the preparation of the annual budget;
- Coordinates the proper archiving of the company's documents and accounting registers;
- Maintains the communication and relationship with the relevant audit, tax, and financial authorities;
- Insures support for all other responsibilities according to the job description.
