Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a proactive, results-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team!

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Economic Engineering or Mechatronic (or related field)
• Experience in a production or industrial environment — a strong plus
• Confidence to make decisions under pressure and work independently
• Previous team coordination or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English (B2+) and Romanian language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll take charge of production during your shift — ensuring smooth operations, top quality, and a safe, efficient workflow.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate shift production activities
• Maintain quality, safety, and performance standards
• Supervise the processes
• Support fault resolution with technical teams
• Guide and motivate operators toward continuous improvement
• Oversee light maintenance and preventive tasks
• Drive efficiency through process optimization and waste reduction
• Track shift KPIs and report results
• Collaborate with departments to improve output and reduce costs
