Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager:
- Involved in the direct sale of products to the customer;
- Works with the cash register;
- Customer service;
- Prepares store closing documents (cash, payment order, cash register);
Responsibilities of Store Manager:
- Store organization;
- Employee coordination; -
Sales orientation and target achievement
- Involved in the direct sale of products to the customer;
- Works with the cash register;
- Customer service;
- Prepares store closing documents (cash, payment order, cash register);
Our offer:
- Minimum net salary between 3000 lei - 3800 lei + 600 lei meal vouchers + sales commission;
- Possibility of salary increase depending on results after 3 months;
- 20% discount on company products;
- Ideal schedule (no work on Sundays);
- Possibility of promotion to Store Manager, depending on performance.
