· Very good verbal and written communication skills (both Romanian and English);

Qualifications
· Previous experience in administration (great plus);
· University education;
· Excellent use of MS Office (required);
· English language - advanced level (required);
Would be considered an advantage:
Common knowledge related to architecture, modern Romanian history, real estate market;
Descrierea jobului
Responsibilities:
Welcomes guests by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering ordirecting inquiries;
Make all arrangements for the meetings including room rental, food and beverage service, and necessary equipment;
Keeps basic record of financial documents (invoices, office expenses and costs) under the supervision of the CEO;
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the office;
Receive letters, packages etc. and prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
Monitors office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Keeps updated records and files;
Coordinates the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranges new meetings and appointments (update conference room calendar);
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule
Full time job - 8 hours per day - Monday to Friday, 9.00-18.00 including lunch break.
