Person Specification:
- Advanced French & English skills (B2);
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework, roles and processes;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Teams, MS Office Pack;
- Advanced skills of configuration and support of MS Windows Server operating systems;
- Advanced skills of configuration and support of MS Services: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File & Printing;
- Good understanding of emailing services – MS Exchange;
- General knowledge of Linux based operating systems;
- Good understanding of infrastructure backup solutions;
- Good understanding of storage solutions (NetApp, Synology, VMware vSAN);
- General understanding of networking concepts – switching, routing, firewalls;
- Advanced use of PowerShell to perform admin tasks;

- Provide 2nd line support for the systems and technologies in the team’s scope;
- Oversee the system events to ensure its proper functioning, the maximum availability of the systems and quality of service;
- Perform advanced diagnostics during incidents and emergency situations;
- Deal with customer incidents and requests in line with Service definitions and SLAs;
- Ensure effective and rapid response to Major Incidents;
- Maintain the documentation regarding configurations, operations and diagnostic procedures;
- Apply and use the tools and work methodologies in place;
- Escalating calls to next line of support and/or management when necessary;
- Utilizing experience and evolving technical ability to bring about resolution of technical issues and queries.
