Candidatul Ideal
● Basic knowledge of MSOffice applications
● Excellent sense of teamwork to effectively communicate relevant information with cross-functional teams
● Organizational and planning skills to properly prioritize and solve queries raised to the department’s attention
● Attention to detail, responsible and well organized as you’ll have to understand device and software particularities in order to provide a high quality service and meet the client’s needs.
Descrierea jobului
● Ensure all orders are processed within SLA upon receipt of order request.
● Audio & video content scheduling across MOOD’s internal platforms (satellite, online and offline devices), based on key elements (time frame, running dates, impacted sites)
● Troubleshooting and/or escalating via email and internal ticketing system to provide scheduling assistance and guidance for other operational teams.
● Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned
